1. Quite hours from 22:00 - 08:00

2. We do not accept Groups, Hen or Stag parties.

3. Please take out your rubbish to the bins just outside the main gate on a daily basis.

4. An additional cleaning fee can be applied for an extremely dirty property.

5. You must have a valid working phone number.

6. Smoking is not allowed because smoke leaves the apartment in a condition unsuitable for the next guests. It will cost money to fix the smell in order to be like new, in a rent-able condition.

7. Pets are not allowed because pets leave the apartment in a condition unsuitable for the next guests. It will cost money to fix the smell and removal of hair in order to be like new, in a rent-able condition.

8. The occupancy limit in this apartment is 4 people. Any number of people more than this, these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing and will be ordered to leave. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Only the people that booked are allowed to check in. Any names that are not added to the check in are not allowed to check in. If any undeclared guests, there will be an additional charge and could still lead to the removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed as unsuitable guests.

9. Immigration and Border Service (SEF) details will be required to be filled out by the lead person. The information for the Immigration and Border Service will be required for me to declare this to the SEF website.

10. Late checkout fee - If you are more than 30 min past check-out (without consent from me), we shall charge you 50 euros fee. If you hold possession of our property for more than 2 hours after check out time, we shall charge you for an additional day. This does not award you possession for the additional day. This is the base rate without discounts.

11. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, the amenities, cleanliness or otherwise, upon addressing this complaint to the Booking Website or me, you are authorizing us to come into the apartment and to solve the problem, fix whatever is broken, to repair the home or to make the home clean up to the standards that you require. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem as unsuitable that needs remedy.

12. If violating any portion of the house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
